The new XR200 loudspeaker from McIntosh combines outstanding imaging characteristics, power handling and limitless dynamics to deliver the immediacy of live musical performance in the home, every time you listen.

A 51” tall, three-way floor-standing point source design, the XR200 utilizes a 19-element midrange/tweeter array that is comprised of twelve 2” high-power, long throw titanium midrange drivers and seven ¾”, tinsel lead, magnetic fluidcooled, titanium dome tweeters. The 19-element array is a proprietary McIntosh design, offering extraordinary clarity, image localization and depth with exceedingly low distortion. 

Three custom-made 8” LD/HP bass drivers with 12 lbs magnet structures possess the speed and power to convey the most complicated bass transients and deliver crushing SPL’s. A single tuned port exits organ-pipe-style at the top of the enclosure and features unusually large diameter and long length for higher peak bass response, lower distortion and lower levels of power compression.

The enclosure is finished in a luxurious gloss black to complement any decor.
