Refund policy

Overview

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in its original packaging.

Certain categories of goods are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Selected health and personal care items

To process your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase directly to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be granted under specific circumstances, including:

  • Books showing clear signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not caused by Ong Radio
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, please:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as posting delays may occur.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.
  4. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@ongradio.com.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once your returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or was sent to the gift giver for later delivery, the refund will be made directly to the original purchaser.

You will be responsible for covering your own return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Depending on your location, the time required for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For valuable items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
