Shipping policy
1. Order Processing and Acknowledgement
1.1 Upon placing an order through our website, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming that we have received your order. Please note that this acknowledgment does not constitute acceptance of your order.
1.2 Your order represents an offer to purchase a product from Ong Radio International Pte Ltd (“Ong Radio”). All online and telephone orders are subject to our acceptance. The Contract between you and Ong Radio is formed only upon delivery of the product(s) to you.
2. Stock Availability and Order Confirmation
2.1 All orders are subject to stock availability. In the event that a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may offer a suitable replacement, subject to your verbal or written confirmation.
2.2 If a replacement cannot be provided, you will be contacted and offered the option to cancel the order. If payment has been made, a full refund will be issued for the unavailable item.
2.3 Please note that due to manufacturing constraints or supplier conditions, variations between batches of products may occur.
3. Delivery Timeline
3.1 Orders are typically processed within one (1) business day following payment confirmation.
3.2 Delivery will take place within seven (7) working days, subject to product and stock availability. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
3.3 While Ong Radio endeavours to meet the indicated delivery timeline, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including logistics constraints, supplier delays. In such cases, you will be notified promptly.
4. Delivery Terms and Conditions
4.1 Delivery will be made to the address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address and contact details are accurate and complete.
4.2 Any changes to delivery details (address, date, or time) after the order has been submitted may incur an administrative fee of S$10.00 and may affect the delivery schedule.
4.3 If you are unavailable to receive the delivery at the scheduled time, a re-delivery fee may apply. For certain products, self-collection may be arranged at Ong Radio’s showroom by prior appointment.
4.4 Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery.
5. Delivery Restrictions
5.1 Deliveries are available only within Singapore. Ong Radio currently does not offer international shipping.
5.2 Certain addresses, including restricted zones (such as military camps, airports, or offshore islands), may not be eligible for delivery.
6. Shipping Fees
6.1 Shipping fees, if applicable, will be clearly stated at checkout prior to payment.
6.2 Free delivery promotions or offers, when available, will apply only to qualifying orders as specified in the promotional terms.
7. Payment Terms
7.1 Full payment must be made at the time of purchase using the payment method selected during checkout. Orders will only be processed once payment is received in full.
8. Returns and Exchanges
8.1 If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within two (2) days of delivery, provided it is unused, in its original condition, and not a pre-order product.
