Terms & Conditions

  1. Non-ORi product will not be accepted for service, unless in exceptional cases (Non-ORi Technical Fee and Terms and Conditions applies).

  2. For Non-ORi unit, please email to Service@ongradio.com with image of unit’s serial number & purchase document for our pre-acceptance / approval for service. Please state fault symptom of unit required to service on email.

  3. We reserve the right to reject Non-ORi unit for service even with the preapproval if owner is unable to prove the legitimacy with purchase document, or s/n is defaced, or if the unit is so badly meddled with or modified.

  4. Transportation Fee for 2nd and more items is 50% off for ORi unit, not applicable to Non-ORi unit.

  5. ONG RADIO has the right to charge transportation fee even though the product may still be under warranty period.

  6. Above charges exclude part and other services. No aesthetic services are available to Non-ORi unit.

  7. Diagnostic Fee applies if owner decides not to proceed repair 3 days after sending in or upon our quote.

  8. The above fees are subjected to GST.
